Introduction

Welcome to the Using an Outside LP Gas Grill tutorial.  In this specific segment, we focus on the cleaning of the grill between meals, for safety, and for performance.  At the end of the lesson, you will be able to differentiate the appropriate cleaning method when each of the primary tasks are listed.

In particular, we will learn about meal-to-meal maintenance otherwise known as cleaning for great meals including maintaining the grease, preheating the grill and cleaning the cooking grates.  Next, we will study the three primary tasks to keep your grill safe involving cleaning the burner tubes.  Finally, we will review the preventative maintenance measures or cleaning for performance involving a top-to bottom cleaning of both the outside and inside of the grill.  You will watch experts demonstrating these tasks, participate in practice and graded activities and receive job aids and supplemental resources to encourage learning transfer.

If this little man can operate a grill well so can you!  So, let's get started!
