Performance and Preventative Maintenance
Your gas grills performance may diminish over time unless it is properly maintained. Typically, your grill is off and cool before performing preventative maintenance tasks. Recall, that this type of cleaning is often done annually at the end of a grilling season or at the onset of a a new grilling period. Failure to clean for performance can result in low temperatures, uneven heat, and food sticking to the cooking grates.
